Description
The Coriander plant comes with the botanical name Coriandrum Sativum, which can grow to 2 feet tall with a width of about 9 inches. The plant is known for its bright, green leaves and brown seeds, both of which are included in spicy foods not only in India but all over the West.
The umbrella-shaped leaves look like feathers towards the top of the plant. The plant has small white flowers that bloom from mid to late summer and are found in umbrella-like clusters. Its pale brown roots, which are carrot-shaped, have a high fiber content.
