Do you ship to My Country?
We get this question from most customers. We do ship to every country in the world if you have UPS, Fedex, DHL Express, Indiapost in your country. If these courier services are not available in your country, we may not be able to ship your parcel. But even if Fedex and DHL is not available, Indiapost may cover your country as this is Indias national postal service which has agreements with almost all countries.

When will I receive my parcel?

It depends on the parcel service you choose. Most orders within India are delivered in 2-7 days. International orders shipped through Fedex, DHL are delivered within 4-14 days. International orders shipped using Indiapost tends to take longer up to 20 days.

Can I Track my order?

Yes, you can track your parcel. As soon as we ship your order, we’ll email you your tracking number. Fedex and DHL tends to give the perfect tracking for International orders. Delhivery offers the best tracking for Indian orders. Orders shipped through Indiapost, professional courier offers delayed tracking which are not accurate.

How much does it cost?

In India, we charge parcels based on their weight. we charge 49 INR for Indiapost parcel under 1 kg and 60 INR for Delhivery parcel under 1 kg. International parcel shipping is free for orders over $100.

Do you pay customs fee?

No, customs charges are customers responsibility. We don’t charge you for the same.

Do you charge VAT on European orders?

No, we don’t charge VAT on European orders. It is customers responsibility to pay VAT if required by their country.
