Our products

We sell traditional herbs, herbal powders, oils, foods and personal care products. They are sold as such, not as medicines. Descriptions of traditional or customary use are provided for information and are not claims that a product will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator. Consult a qualified practitioner before using any herb, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for you and lawful to import into your country.

Natural products vary by harvest. Colour, aroma, texture and particle size can differ from batch to batch and from the photographs on the site; that variation is not a defect.

Orders and prices

• Prices on moolihai.com are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency; the currency you pay in is shown at checkout. Prices exclude any import duty or tax charged by your country.
• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We can decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, we cannot ship to your address, or payment fails our fraud checks. Anything you have paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
• Coupons are subject to the conditions stated on the coupons page; one coupon per order.
• You must be at least 18 to order.

Shipping and customs

Delivery times, costs and customs terms are set out on the shipping page. In summary: transit times are estimates, not guarantees; import duty, tax and any import documents are your responsibility; and parcels refused, seized or destroyed by customs, or not collected from the carrier, are not refundable. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave.

Accounts and reviews

Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. Reviews you post must be your own honest experience of a product you bought; we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal information about others, or make medical claims, and you grant us the right to display the reviews you post.

Content and trademarks

The Moolihai name and logo, product photographs, descriptions and the design of this site belong to Moolihai Wellness Private Limited. You may use them to shop and to share links to our products. Copying our photographs or descriptions to sell products elsewhere, or presenting our content as your own, is not permitted without written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or overload the site, submit malicious code, scrape the catalogue in bulk, place fraudulent orders, or use the site to send spam. We block traffic that does this and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and losses caused by carriers, customs authorities or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have in your own country. We would much rather sort things out directly: email us first.
