Description
Red Sage plant grows approximately 2 ft in height and width. The lavender flowers are the most common flower in this plant, and it can also be with, purple, and pink colors. The flowers are bloomed in the late spring or summer season. The leaves of this plant are oblong, and the size of the leaves is up to 2.5-inch length and 1-inch in width.
The leaves are grey-green in color, the rugose on the upper side of the leaves, and it is nearly white underneath due to many short soft hairs. The Red sag is sometimes called Danshen; due to the wide range of medicinal features of this plant, it is used to treat high cholesterol to type 2 diabetes. This is a powerful herb to improve health.
