Mix a Paste
Blend the powder with warm water (a little lemon juice helps) into a smooth, yogurt-like paste.
Let It Rest
Cover and rest the paste for 4–8 hours so the natural dye develops.
Apply
Apply to clean, dry hair in sections; wear gloves and protect your hairline.
Rinse
Leave on 1–3 hours depending on depth, then rinse. Colour deepens over 1–2 days.
