Canada has a very low duty-free threshold for courier parcels, so most orders are assessed GST or HST for your province and sometimes a small duty. DHL or FedEx collects it, plus a clearance fee, before delivery.

Dried herbs, spices and honey in sealed retail packs for personal use are normally admitted. We do not ship seeds or fresh plant material to Canada.
- Declaration
Every parcel carries a full itemised customs declaration with botanical names.
- Free shipping
Canada orders above US$99 after discounts ship free. Below that, the carrier rate shows at checkout before you pay.
- Address
A street address and a phone number are required. Express carriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
- Returns

How long does delivery to Canada take?+
Four to seven days from dispatch with DHL Express or FedEx, to any address in Canada. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within a few working days of payment, and you receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves.
Will I pay duty or tax?+
