Australia inspects herbal parcels more often than most countries. Here is exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises at the border.

No customs duty. We do not add GST at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay us.
- Over AUD 1,000
Australian Border Force assesses duty, GST and an import processing charge. DHL collects it from you before delivery.
- Declaration
Every parcel carries a full itemised customs declaration with botanical names, which is what biosecurity officers want to see.
- Biosecurity
Sealed, commercially labelled dried herbs and powders normally clear without a problem. We do not send seeds, fresh plant material or soil to Australia.
- Honey and bee products
Check the current BICON import conditions before ordering. Parcels held or destroyed by biosecurity cannot be refunded.
- Address
DHL needs a street address and a mobile number. PO boxes and parcel lockers cannot be delivered to.

How long does delivery to Australia take?+
Three to five days from dispatch with DHL Express, to any address in Australia. Orders are packed and handed to DHL within a few working days of payment, and you receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves.
Will I pay duty or GST on my order?+
Orders under AUD 1,000 attract no customs duty, and we do not add GST at checkout. Orders over AUD 1,000 are assessed for duty, GST and an import processing charge by Australian Border Force, which DHL collects from you before delivery.
Will biosecurity hold my parcel?+
Sealed, commercially labelled dried herbs and powders normally clear without a problem. Seeds, fresh plant material and soil are not shipped to Australia. If you are ordering honey or other bee products, check the current BICON import conditions before you order, because parcels held or destroyed by biosecurity cannot be refunded.
Can I pay in Australian dollars?+
Prices are in US dollars. PayPal, Stripe and all major cards accept the payment and your bank converts it to AUD at its standard rate; some cards let you choose AUD billing at checkout.
Is shipping to Australia free?+
No. Free shipping applies to the USA, UK and Canada above US$99. For Australia the exact DHL Express rate for your parcel’s weight is shown at checkout before you pay. Herbs are light, so several pouches together cost little more to ship than one.

Yes. Everything ships from the same facility in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, with the same Latin, English and Tamil name on the label, so you can match a product to what your family or practitioner actually meant.
