How to Consume
Internally
- Mix 5 gms of powder with a cup of water, boil it for a few minutes. Once it gets warm, filtered it and drink it two times a day before food.
- Mix 3 gms of powder with cow’s milk twice a day which helps in Excessive Urination problems.
Externally
- Make a paste with Senna flower powder, Bengal gram, green gram flour, and water or rose water. Use this paste while bathing will increases the complexion of the skin.
- Mix Aavaram powder with aloe vera gel and fenugreek seed powder. Apply it over the scalp which helps in dandruff.
- The paste can be applied over the wounds.
