Steps before using Stone Kadaai/Vanali:
Make the paste of one spoon of turmeric powder with castor oil or any oil. Apply it to the vanali and keep it for 24 hrs.
Add the Rice gruel into the kadaai; this content is called a mixture.
On the second day, warm the mixture, and put it up to the neck of the vanali, and keep it for 24 hours.
Repeat this process for the next four days.
On the 7th day, the stone kadaai become nonstick, which means it is ready to use.
Usage and Maintenance of Stone Kadaai/Vanali:
Kept the kadaai in the regular Gas burner.
Put the flame at a low-level till the end of the cooking.
By using the dishwasher and soap with a soft scrubber, you can clean it regularly.
