Amalaki or Emblica Officinalis(Botanical name) is the richest source of ‘Vitamin C’. In Ayurveda, it is used as a ‘Rasayana therapy’(Rejuvenative therapy). It has a good content of calcium that works well with the other two myrobalans, i.e., Haritaki and Bhibhitaki. Vitamin C quantity in Amla is 30 times more than that of vitamin C in oranges. Bibhitaki
