Seasoned Dosa Kal/ Maakal dosa Tawa is a natural and organic dosa Kal. You can cook the different types of dosas in your home.
It is made of natural maakal without added any chemicals. Thus ensures the real taste of the food. It is seasoned perfectly as per the traditional method for ten days.
The size of this Kal is 12 inch which is enough to make a special ghee roast. It comes around 3.5 to 4 kg amount of weight.
It is a handcrafted Kal without the help of machines.
The color of this Kal is black, but it might vary from gray to black based on the seasoning method.
It is designed by the rounded flat surface attached with two handles.
This seasoned dosa Tawa is designed to compatible with wooden stone, gas stove, and oven.
Always keep the flame at a low level until the Tawa is heating up.
Steps to use
Wash the Tawa thoroughly by using the hot water before using it.
Wipe out the extra water.
Put it on Gas/traditional stove.
Put the low flame until the Tawa heated up because it does not withstand high heat.
Put a bit of oil on the flat surface and pour the batter.
Not only for dosa, it is also used to prepare the soft roti, omelet, half boil, and paratha.
It spreads the heat uniformly, which ensures the anti-oxidant level of the food.
It prevents the nutrients wastage from the food.
It retains the heat for a long time so you can make 4 to 5 dosas without the flame, thus help to save the fuel.
