Put the flame on a low level until the end of the cooking
Use the soft scrub pad and soap to clean this chatti
You can prepare aviyal, sambar, kichadi, rasam, etc. It is also perfect for making north indian dishes like panner butter masala, dal makani, manjurian, like that.
