Kal Chatti is a cooking vessel mainly used to prepare curries, sambar, Rasam, etc. It can also be used to make gravies, but it is not suitable for dry food preparation. It is an eco-friendly product and does not contain any chemical, so it is a toxin-free cooking vessel. It is crafted by sculpturer who are involved in manufacturing company so that the dimension may be not approx but assure the mentioned volume.

Kal Chatti is carved out of soapstone; it is made of soft stone. The capable of the Kal Chatti is one ltr, and the color of the Kal Chatti is white. It might be gray to black depends on the seasoning. It is a fully handmade product. The outer layer of the wall is thick and heavy.
Method of usage
Mainly used this stoneware in the woodstove. It is also compatible with a gas stove. While cooking, you have to keep on low flame once the Kal Chatti is heated up. You can do a regular washing method with a scrub to wash the Kal Chatti.
