The same Syzygium cumini — jamblang/jambolan. If you have a tree, you have the fruit; we supply the labour-intensive part: seed cleaning, drying and milling.

The seed. The fruit is a lovely seasonal food, but the classical sugar-routine texts specify the dried seed.
