You can! The powder concentrates roughly 8โ10 fresh leaves per teaspoon and never wilts โ most customers use fresh in cooking and powder for the daily dose and hair oil.
Does it change the taste of food?
It tastes like curry leaves โ which is to say, like home. In rice, rasam or buttermilk it disappears happily.
