How is it different from misri/white rock sugar?
Misri is crystallised cane; this is palmyra sap โ darker, mineral-toned and the specifically Tamil throat tradition. The panai tree makes the difference.
Real panai or coloured cane?
Real palm crystals are irregular amber with a faint caramel-mineral taste โ ours come from the palmyra belt and taste like it.
