Dosage of Nalangu Maavu (External):

Nalangu maavu face pack:

Take one teaspoon of nalangu maavu powder and mix it with milk, rose water, or water. Make a paste and apply it to the face. Leave it for 10 minutes and gently wash with clean water. 

Nalangu maavu for bathing:

Take 3 tablespoons of nalangu maavu powder and mix it with 3 to 4 tablespoons of milk, rose water, or water. Apply this mixture to the body. Rinse off with clean water after 10 minutes.

Nalangu maavu for removing sun tan:

Take one teaspoon of nalangu maavu powder and mix it with yogurt. Make a paste and apply it to the affected area. Rinse after 10 minutes to remove the suntan.
