Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, send the product back to us within 2 days to the below address to be elgible for refund.

If we received the product in unused/ undamaged condition, we will refund you the product cost deducting any shipping charges.

International parcels which are stuck up in customs is customers responsibility. We don’t have any control over the customs charges or customs documentation of each country. You have to clearly communicate with us any customs requirement / documentation prior to order so that we will inform you if we are able to provide you such a document.

If the customs department in your country blocks a parcel or destroys it, we cannot be held responsible for the same. We would not be able to refund the amount for such parcels as we have shipped the product and also paid the shipping fee for you. The same applies to products removed from parcels. If customs department in your country removes certain products and allows the other products, we won’t be able to reship or refund for the products seized by customs. We don’t have any control over that.

If you don’t like the product, you can return the parcel and get your money back. Make sure you don’t use the product or damage it and pack it safely so that it reaches us safely. You have to send the return tracking number to our email support@moolihai.com within 48 hours of delivery to be elgible for refund. Make sure your shipment is prepaid, we won’t pay for the parcel shipping.

1.Do you refund if I don’t like the product after using it?

No, We don’t refund for products which you have already used.

2. Do you refund if My Parcel gets stuck with customs?

No, We ship from India. You need to be aware of the import regulations in your country before ordering a product. If the customs department refuses entry for a product, it will be disposed by either the customs department of your country or the courier. We don’t offer refunds in such cases.

3. My Product got spoiled , Do you refund?

If you feel the product is not in good quality soon after you receive it, return the parcel and you are elgible for full refund. Most of the products we sell are organic, so make sure you keep in a air tight container and refrigerate it after using. 

4. I mixed 3-4 powders of yours into one, now I want a refund. Will you?

No, if you mix multiple herbal powders into one, those products cannot be returned.
