1. Boil 200 ml (7 oz) water at 80 to 90 degrees Celcius.
2. Add 2 grams of leaf tea to boiled water.
3. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Refrigerate it for 3 hours, add ice cubes.
5. It is best with its own sweetness or you can add honey to make it sweet iced tea.
