How often you must exfoliate:

Normal skin: Daily
Oily skin: Four times a week

How to Use:
Make sure that the scrub is wet before you use it in the bath or shower.
Either use it alone or after applying any natural cleanser.
Do it as gentle and circular motion to exfoliate.
Dry the scrub after use.
After rinsing and drying your skin. Exfoliation dries the skin so use Daily Body Moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated. Exfoliating is most effective in the evening as in the morning, your skin can be stiff.
