Beetroot Seeds

Beetroot has the plant pigment called betacyanin which is responsible for purplish-red color. This vegetable is beneficial for the liver and iron deficiency. Beetroot can be eaten raw, mixed with juices, smoothies, or even cooked and pickled. The best time for sowing beetroot is from August to October.

How to sow

1. Mix the soil with cow dung.
2. Plant seeds half an inch deep and 1-2 inches apart.
3. Sprinkle the water and maintain moisture.
